three part reset series for seasoned Yoga Teachers who are ready to reignite devotion

Are youready to feed or reignite your devotion, not as discipline, but as love?
Do you long to nourish your personal practice and rediscover the quiet joy of walking your path just for you?

24th April - 30th April

With Senior Teacher Rachel Nokes

Rachel will led a soulful series as a gentle return to what truly lights you up. Through ritual, reflection and study to support your remembrance you will be invited to tend your inner fire with reverence and spaciousness beyond hierarchy and, beyond should.

Teaching yoga is your dharma, however even the most devoted teachers can feel their flame flicker. If your practice or teaching has become routine, your practice distant, or weighed down by giving to others, it’s time to reset. This is your space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the quiet love that first drew you to the path. No pressure, no performance just a gentle return to what truly lights you up.

A quiet remembering of the love that first called you to this path

🌺 Reclaim Your Inner Wisdom – Reflect on your path with honesty and tenderness, reconnecting with the sacred spark that first called you to teach and practise.

🌺 Embody Sacred Presence – Weave ritual and devotion into the everyday. Honour the sacred through small, steady acts of remembrance that nourish your soul.

🌺 Awaken the Inner Flame – Reignite the strength, clarity and courage that lives within you. This is a return to empowered teaching, rooted in lived experience not performance.

🌺 Return to the Song of your Soul – Immerse yourself in sacred sound and mantra. Let Bhakti and vibration guide you back to wonder, joy and devotional connection.

🌺 Rest in the Wisdom of the Yoga Tradition – Be held in a supportive, restorative space that honours you and your becoming.

Rachel Nokes

I am yoga teacher, yoga therapist, guide, and retreat facilitator with over 18 years of experience supporting others on the path of yoga. I am a registered with Yoga Australia as a senior teacher and mentor, with thousands of teaching hours shared across classes, yoga therapy, courses, trainings, and sacred travel experiences.

I have taught and studied extensively across India, Bali, the UK and Australia, weaving together yoga philosophy, chanting, mantra, ritual, and somatic awareness to create offerings that are both rooted in tradition and alive with feminine presence.

My trainings, courses and immersions have supported yoga teachers and seekers to reconnect with their personal practice, reawaken their inner flame, and teach from a place of truth and embodied wisdom.

I live on the Far South Coast of New South Wales with my husband and our three beloved dogs. You'll find me swimming all year round and enjoying the amazing Australian bush and beaches.

What teachers say about Rachel's approach !

I have been a student of Rachel over several years and completed my Foundational and advanced yoga teacher training with her. If you are looking to continue to go deeper into your yoga practice in safe experienced trauma informed hands, then I highly recommend Rachel’s offerings to you. As a teacher or a practitioner having her loving guidance and wealth of knowledge to support you on your path is an invaluable resource. Thank you Rachel.

Yoga Teacher, The Love of Yoga

The decision to learn from Rachel was not a difficult one. She had been a guest teacher on another yoga training I had completed a year earlier and from that very first session, her reverence for the origins of this ancient practice  and attention to Sanskrit pronunciation touched me deeply.

Under Rachel’s guidance, I learned (amongst many, many other things!) the basics of Sanskrit pronunciation and Vedic chanting which has given me more confidence to chant mantra in my classes and share this knowledge with others.

Yoga teacher

I loved the opportunity not only to learn but being able to have the time to discuss the meanings and thoughts with an amazing teacher.  The discussion throughout the course helped me to understand concepts without being overwhelmed. I learnt so much in how to refine my teaching skills. This course solidified my love for the practice as well as the philosophy of yoga.
