Hatha yoga with Rachel Nokes
Hatha yoga, often called the yoga of balance, brings together movement, breath and stillness to unite body and mind. In Rachel's classes, each posture is linked with the breath and adapted to suit the individual, creating a practice that is steady, mindful and deeply nourishing. Through gentle strength, conscious breathing and quiet rest, Hatha yoga helps to release tension, restore energy and calm the mind, returning us to a natural sense of ease and wholeness. Classes are welcoming to all levels, offering a space to slow down, listen inward and reconnect with ourselves.

1:1 Yoga sessions
Private one-to-one sessions offer something a group class never quite can: a practice shaped entirely around you. Yoga was always meant to be taught this way, adapted to each person's body, breath, stage of life and intention, rather than asking you to fit the practice. We begin by listening: to where you are, what you're carrying, and what you're hoping for. From there, movement, breathing, sound and meditation are woven into a personal practice you can take home and make your own. Whether you're recovering from injury, moving through a time of change, wanting to deepen your practice, or simply looking for space to be truly seen, these sessions are an invitation to come home to yourself, one breath at a time.
