20 - 22 February 2026
Long Beach, NSW

Reconnect with Your Body, Breath, and Inner Rhythm
I’m beyond excited to invite you to a Yoga and Āyurveda gathering designed for deep rest, reflection, and reconnection. Held in the heart of Spring, this February retreat offers the perfect moment to realign with nature’s rhythm and awaken your inner energy. This heart-led weekend will be a space to slow down, soothe your nervous system, and return to the wisdom of your body and breath. Guided by me, Rachel, we’ll move through nourishing practices rooted in yoga and āyurveda. Expect shared learning, soulful rest, and heartfelt community connection in a space designed to refill your cup.
