Join me in celebrating the first day of Spring. It's a favorite time of year for me to practice rituals, simplicity, and nourishment. Honouring the journey from Winter to Spring, the dance of the seasons is beautifully observed in the nourishment that nature provides. As the little buds of green sprout through the earth again, signalling a time for lightening up after a dense and inward winter. With kapha season at play, choosing foods that are lightly cooked, warming, and incorporate the tastes of pungent, bitter, and astringent assist the body in moving through the sluggish qualities that accumulate through winter.
Spring is a time for renewal and shifting from the darkness of Winter. It's a time to reduce heaviness and lighten up for the abundance that Spring and Summer's energy offer us. For many years, I have gathered friends to connect with and embrace this time together. I hope you'll join me for this ceremonial gathering on this sacred land Yuin country.

words of testimony
"Thank you for a beautiful retreat, Rachel.
I loved the focus on mantra, and chanting and it was very special to sit in a circle with beautiful women. Really needed to re-connect with the essence of yoga. I feel exactly like the title of the retreat - whole and filled with so much more love."

About our location - Long Beach NSW 2536
Our property is set on five glorious acres of Yuin country just ten minutes from the coastal town of Batemans bay. We are just inland from stunning South Coast beaches including South Durras, Long Beach and Maloneys beach which leads to Murramah national park, both are just a five minute drive.
The mornings are greeted by the sun rising to the varying calls of the Lyrebirds, one of our favourite morning rituals to tune into its call and see how close it is to us. The regal King Parrots swoop down to the deck for some seed most days, and with patience will land on your arm to feed.
The homestead overlooks a green canopy of gums, tree ferns and luscious bush. A huge deck follows the length of the house where you’ll find numerous nooks and daybeds to relax, chat to friends or read a book. The dining room with its apex ceiling and grand fireplace is the perfect place to enjoy one of our seasonal home cooked meals, we pride ourselves on using local produce.
Outside there’s a circular cabana used for yoga, which offers an outdoor experience with the sounds of nature as our playlist. There will be opportunities to sit around the fire pit with a hot cuppa to warm yourself on a cooler day, the space has all that you need to support your journey to relaxation and peace.
