FOUNDATIONAL LEVEL YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
Our Foundational Yoga teacher-training program is held over twelve weekends at our boutique rainforest studio. It is a thoughtful blend of ancient philosophy with a focus on contemporary application. The course is designed to be a personal and transformational experience that celebrates the gift of life as our greatest teacher. We support you in developing a strong foundation in Yoga with a personal practice, teaching skills and a love of Yoga that will both enrich and inspire you and your students for a lifetime.
50 HOUR ADVANCED TEACHER TRAINING MODULES
This course teaches practical, transferable skills, and mentors you personally. We draw from traditional Yogic wisdom based study, supporting you to develop your knowledge through theoretical understanding and practice. We support you to lead from your heart and to be confident in your skills and express yourself and the ancient teachings in your classes and courses. Having attended each weekend you will experience an individual mentoring session with Rachel to support your learning and integration.
ADVANCED YOGA TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM
This Yoga training is for you if you seek to align with your highest potential and wish to share and inspire your students from an authentic space. You’ll be guided in an intimate, safe and supportive environment where creativity, professionalism and leadership are nourished. Sharing from the theory of sādhana, you will be bringing the tools and techniques of Yoga and Āyurveda into your every life to sustain and nourish your day-to-day.
