Session 1, March 30th (with Jazmine):

Durgā is the Mother who protects, relieves, and gives strength and courage.

Colour: Red ~ representing vitality, strength, and divine energy.

On the first day of Navarātri, we will invoke Goddess Durgā, the embodiment of fierce love and unwavering protection. And honour Śailaputrī, the first form of Durgā. This session will weave together yoga, somatic embodiment, mantra, and meditation to invoke her presence within. We will learn an invocation you can carry with you throughout the nine days, set sacred space, and establish intention. We will find a sense of ground as we step out of our own way and into nine days of devotion, discipline, and tender surrender.

Session 2, April 1st (with Ally):

This practice invites us to surrender our fears and self imposed limitations through intention setting (sankalpa), restorative and releasing āsana and prānāyāma. Story telling and meditation will bring us into intentionality and into the power of the present moment. Journeying on through movement and breath to focus on the solar plexus centre (manipura) and fire - strengthening moods of courage and determination. Mā Chandraghanta is the third aspect of the Goddess, called to for the removal of obstacles and for the strength and the courage to fill our hearts and the world around us with peace.

Symbolism; Overcoming fears and the shadow and celebrating bravery and serenity

Colour: The invitation is to wear Yellow , the colour of Sunshine, Victory, Positive Energy, Deep Wisdom.

Session 3, April 4th (with Rachel) Warrior Spirit & Mā Kātyāyanī:

Step into the presence of Kātyāyanī, the sixth form of Durgā who is a warrior goddess of transformation and truth. You'll connect through a powerful blend of myth, mantra, and meditation. This session invites you to connect with her fierce yet compassionate energy, exploring her legend through guided storytelling before learning and chanting the Durgā Gāyatrī Mantra a sacred invocation for clarity, courage, and spiritual illumination. This is an opportunity to cut through illusion, rekindle your inner fire, and embody the grace and resilience of the Divine Feminine. With chanting, reflection, and ritual, we intend to leave feeling empowered, clear, and deeply anchored in your own strength.

Symbolism: Strength, valour, and righteous battle against negativity.
Colour: We extend an invitation wear or bring an item that is red or orange to the session.

Session 4, April 7th (with Ruth) Practicing Receptivity & Mā Siddhidatri:
Everything we seek is already within. Mā Siddhidatri, the final embodiment of Durgā, is the goddess of spiritual fulfillment, wholeness, and the integration of divine masculine and feminine energies within us. She invites us to step beyond seeking and into knowing - to receive, rather than strive.

This one-hour practice is a journey into receptivity, weaving together gentle yet expansive movement, pranayama, and mantra to attune to the quiet wisdom that already resides in our being. Through spacious āsana and meditative stillness, we cultivate balance, trust in the unfolding of our path, and an embodied sense of completeness.

Symbolism: Spiritual wisdom, wholeness and the awakening of innate gifts
Colour: We extend an invitation to wear sky blue, a hue that reflects openness and boundless potential.

Session 5, 9th April 7pm (with all facilators) Closing Circle
After nine nights immersed in the forms of the Goddess, this integration session is like prasāda, the sweet after blessing. It offers a sacred pause, a chance to reflect, absorb, and honour the insights, challenges, and gifts that have unfolded. Sitting together in circle, we’ll distill the essence of our journey, allowing space for deep listening and personal realisation. This session is not an ending, but a bridge, an opportunity to explore how these teachings continue to shape you, with guidance on offerings that can support your ongoing relationship with the Goddess.

Jazmine Wheatley

I am a mystic, bhakta, and devoted seeker of sacred connection with all of creation. My passion lies in guiding others to awaken their hearts, honour their bodies, and reclaim their innate wisdom through movement, yoga, mantra, and social justice.

Rooted in ancient knowledge, remembrance, and reverence, I create spaces for people to return home to themselves and the earth, becoming vessels of prayer and authentic expression.

With deep curiosity for life’s mysteries and a longing for true kinship, I envision spaces where hearts reawaken, and we remember how to live in reciprocity and harmony.

I am a dreamer, envisioning a world united through love, healed through spiritual consciousness, and celebrated in shared rituals, movement, and song.

Yoga is my way of life, a timeless practice that awakens our inner light and reminds us of our deep interconnectedness. I find joy in co-creating open-hearted spaces where everyone can meet themselves as they are, flowing with breath in the divine dance of reciprocity.

My deepest desire is for every being to experience the essence of pure love and their connection to the infinite.

All dreams begin and end together, opening our hearts, expanding our minds, and setting our souls free.

I am a gatherer, a connector, devoted to creating spaces where love, union, and deep remembrance unfold.
Through breath, mantra, and ritual, we dance ourselves toward the freedom already within us. Rooted in the wisdom of the yogic tradition, I honour my teachers and the sacred lineage that guides my path.

Nothing brings me greater joy than chanting with friends, walking barefoot, and feeling the elements embrace me. In holding space, I invite you to meet the teacher within, where true liberation resides.

I cannot wait to gather with you, knowing the beauty that awaits in shared devotion.

I hold sacred space for deep presence, grounded rest, and the awakening of inner wisdom. Through conscious movement, breath, sound and meditation, I invite you to listen to your body’s wisdom and step into a deeper connection with yourself.

Rooted in the Yogic tradition, these practices continue to enchant me, inviting reverence for life, for others, for the earth, and for the mystery of existence itself.

I remain a student of life, embracing each experience as an opportunity to evolve with curiosity, courage, and generosity.

"Imagine a woman who embodies the strength of a warrior, the grace of a goddess, and the wisdom of a sage. A woman who embraces her journey with courage, authenticity, and self-love. Who shines with a light that illuminates the path for others to follow. Imagine yourself as this woman, for she resides within you, ready to empower and inspire."
