Southern India Yatra
14 night journey of depth and discovery
It’s time for us to explore..
These fourteen night experiences encapsulate the many reasons I've returned to visit India year after year. I will share the places and people that have guided and blessed me over the years, and together we will make new discoveries and create new memories.
Both of these trips have a variety of flavours including; festivals, temples, rituals, shopping and some sight seeing. I will share Yoga, chanting and practices most days, however there will be more subtle elements of teaching by simply being in Mother India's arms. These experiences are not so much about seeing wonders, although we will do it, there is so much wisdom to experience during the spaces in-between.
There's the art of surrender, acceptance and appreciation are qualities that she continues to teach me at every turn. Being with the difficult and painful things that life offers and alongside that the beautiful colours, smiles, joy, ancient buildings and myriad of smells. It is in the letting go of details, schedules and my agendas - we go with a plan, then we let the plan go... and open ourselves up ! It can be a wild and divinely exhilarating ride if we allow it to be.
These are small group experiences with a maximum of 12 spots in each, I would love for you to join me. Many friends join me year after year on these trips. First come first served so ...

Location:
Immerse yourself in the rhythms of the northern Balinese countryside. We will be staying in a green oasis, stretching from the top of a mountain to its footholds by the sea. In Bali, mountains symbolize humanity’s relationship with Creation. Abasan represents Gaia’s spiritual core and is the place where our vision was born. Here, the earth elements of nature combine with the vitality of rural Bali, to create an environment where you can reconnect and rejuvenate.
This serene and traditional retreat centre offers accommodation in private, Balinese style bungalows, with open-air bathrooms. Set in private, spacious organic gardens, surrounding a large saltwater swimming pool with sun lounges to rest and relax. Each bungalow is unique and lovingly furnished, with stunning views.

“The retreat to Bali with Rachel has touched me in such a deep way, it’s been a beautiful time to just be, to feel, process and heal. Memories..
Ojas (vitality) is the precursor to inner and outer radiance. It is the result of Rasayana, the Āyurvedic practices that include rest, self-care and a gentle diet.
